API6A CRA, UNS NO7718, NACE MR 0175/ISO15156, 2.4668
A versatile nickel chromium alloy, exhibiting high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Used in a range of demanding environments such as the oil & gas sector and other critical industries.
Typical applications:
Alloy 718 - Forged flat bar
Primarily for the gate valve market, we convert our own Alloy 718 ingot inventory into forged flat bar which is fully compliant with API6A CRA and NACE MR0175 requirements. Our specialist teams will maintain extensive stock levels and manufacture to bespoke customer requirements.
Alloy 718 - Tubing/Casing Hangers
Utilising our strategic stock of prequalified large diameter forged bar in Alloy 718 and on-site group machining capabilties, we can supply proof machined tubing/casing hangers to our customers specific requirements. Other material grade options are available.
UNS NO6625, ASTM B446/B564, 2.4856
A nickel chromium alloy, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance in the annealed condition. Recognised for its superior weldability, it is extensively used in the manufacture of critical parts.
Typical applications:
UNS NO7725, ASTM B805
A nickel chromium molybdenum niobium alloy, developed to provide the corrosion resistance of Alloy 625, combined with the high strength characteristics of Alloy 718.
Typical applications:
UNS S31803, ASTM A182/A276, W1.4501
A chemical resistant ferritic-austenitic stainless steel. Sea water corrosion resistance and mechanical properties are greater than standard austenitic stainless steels.
Typical applications:
UNS S32760, ASTM A182/A276, W1.4507
A chemical resistant ferritic-austenitic stainless steel. Sea water corrosion resistance with mechanical properties that are greater than S31803, 25% Cr UNS S32550 or 6% Mo UNS S31254 grades.
Typical applications:
H1150D, ASTM-A564 Grade 630, UNS S17400, W1.4542
A martensitic stainless steel, with additions of Cu & Nb (Cb), which permit age hardening to a range of yield strength and hardness combinations. It allows high strength, corrosion resistance, impact properties and weldability.
Typical applications:
UNS S41000, ASTM A276/A565, W1.4006
A martensitic stainless which is capable of good wear and corrosion resistance.
Typical applications:
UNS S41500, 1.4313
A martensitic stainless with additions of nickel & molybdenum creating a high strength stainless steel with excellent sub-zero impact properties. F6NM also exhibits a high level of corrosion resistance.
Typical applications:
